"Red" is still working in the industry and the two often collaborate on challenging projects and industry innovations.
Michael attended formal training in the business and has gone on to obtain several highly-regarded certifications and licenses. He has reached an impressive level of expertise in the locksmith industry and his reputation is a testament to it. Michael is diligent in keeping his certifications and bonding current.
Howell's Lock & Safe opened its doors in Gardnerville, NV on February 01,2006 when Michael and his wife Tina-Jo made the leap to create the business they had talked about for a long time. Tina-Jo put it simply, "The opportunity came up and we wee determined to make it happen!"
Over the years, Howell's Lock & Safe has had the honor of providing service to a broad spectrum of Douglas County's community; from some of the most prominent businesses at Lake Tahoe, to historically-significant families of the Carson Valley. to the very newest arrivals in the Ranchos.
